Concrete blocks are made in machines that are able to produce thousands of high quality, consistent units every day. Cement, sand, small rock, water and admixtures are mixed together and then fed into a mold, compacted, and consolidated with great force. Once the block comes out of the mold, it’s cured for several hours in a steam bath. The final product is stacked in pallets and delivered to construction projects on boom trucks or flatbeds.

Marshall Concrete has been producing concrete blocks for over 70 years. We use high quality raw materials, and have experienced production personnel producing our blocks. In addition, we test our products periodically to insure they meet or exceed specifications.

We manufacture our products to meet or exceed ASTM: C90-06. C90-06 provides specifications for dimensions, absorption, density and strength. If you need copies of recent test results, you can click on the appropriate product and view and/or print a PDF file of the report.
